A: Each customers' needs are unique. Depending upon the extent of work that needs to be completed, each potential client is granted a free 30-minute consultation to understand the business needs and goals. The customer is then provided a quote to summarize the details of the project and how long it will take to deliver.

A. I have a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management with a minor in Supply Chain Management and a Masters Degree in Healthcare Management. I have taken several courses over the span of both degrees in Business Administration and Management. I have also worked in billing and contracting for the past 5 years and currently a Subject Matter Expert at my company in many areas.

A: Upon hiring our business to suit your needs, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement upon request to make sure confidentiality is maintained between both parties. Additionally, all of our clients information is kept secure and confidential even without this agreement.
